This property needs a good clean up and new paint. Here's what we're currently working on:
- Remove trash and clean up

- Install new bathroom vanities and toilet (both bathrooms)
- Ceramic tiles in living room, kitchen and foyer.
- New carpet in all bedrooms
- Paint all rooms
- New landscaping
- New ceiling fans
- New trim paint outside
